After placing your order, processing here takes an average of 2-4 business days. Thereafter, the average delivery time is 6-11 business days from the time your order is processed and shipped. Our products are shipped directly to you from the supplier. This allows us to save on storage and transportation costs and to offer our products at a lower price than our competitors. Please note that the total delivery time is an estimate and may vary.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are free for all orders. There are no additional charges for shipping within our delivery area.
Track & Trace Code
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email from us with the track & trace code. This allows you to track your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse.
How to cancel your order?
At Bolt Recharged, we understand that you may change your mind. That's why we offer the option to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, at no additional cost. This gives you the flexibility to make changes before your order is processed.
Please contact us at info@boltrecharged.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Please include your order number and indicate that you wish to cancel the order.
We will confirm your cancellation and arrange for your payment to be refunded.
Please note: After 12 hours the order cannot be cancelled, but you can use our return policy once you receive the product.
The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Occasionally an order may be delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the link you received in the e-mail with your track & trace code.
If you have not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@boltrecharged.com.
We will then initiate an investigation into your order. Although we do our best to avoid delays, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping service.
Return charges for failure to pick up order
If your package is delivered to a pickup point because you were not home, it is important that you pick it up within the specified period. Should you fail to pick up the package and it is returned to us, you will be charged for the return costs. These costs may include shipping costs and any administrative costs for processing the return.
Not satisfied or returning product
If you are not satisfied with your order or want to return a product, you can always contact us at info@boltrecharged.com.
We will be happy to help you solve the problem as soon as possible. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is in good condition. Make sure the product is complete with original packaging and accessories. Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons are clearly marked on the product page.
If the product is not to your liking or there are any defects, please send us an email with the reason for return and include pictures of the product. You will receive the appropriate return form from us.
Payment methods
We accept several payment methods, including Klarna, Paypal, Bancontact, SOFORT, Credit Card, Apple Pay and iDEAL. All payments are processed securely.
